No. Vendor dispatch, spending, resident charges, and legal notices always require your approval based on rules you configure. The AI prepares and recommends — you decide.

Is the maintenance demo on the homepage real?

It's a live, simulated triage. The AI genuinely analyzes your request, but no vendor is contacted and no work is scheduled. It's labeled SIMULATED so there's no confusion.

What happens after the 30-day founding pilot?
