1. Who are the users that will use the paid content and features in the app?
PropPilot AI is a B2B SaaS platform exclusively for real estate professionals — property managers, landlords, and real estate investors who manage residential or commercial rental portfolios. End consumers (tenants/residents) do not purchase subscriptions; they are managed within the platform by the property manager.
2. Where can users purchase the content, subscriptions, and features that can be accessed in the app?
Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through our website at https://propilotai.org/Pricing via Stripe-powered web checkout — outside of the iOS app. The iOS app does not present any purchase flow, paywall, or in-app purchase UI. Users log in to an account they have already subscribed to on the web. Per Apple's App Store Review Guidelines §3.1.3(b), this is a permissible model for established B2B SaaS services.
3. What specific types of previously purchased content, subscriptions, and features can a user access in the app?
Once subscribed on the web, users access: (a) Starter — portfolio management, maintenance tracking, basic reporting; (b) Pro — all Starter features plus AI Copilot, AI leasing assistant, automated delinquency notices, vendor management, and financial forecasting; (c) Enterprise — all Pro features plus multi-user roles, owner disbursement reports, custom branding, and API access. The demo account provided above has full Pro access for review purposes.
4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within the app that do not use In-App Purchase?
No purchases, upgrades, or unlocks are initiated inside the iOS app. All subscription management happens on our web platform (propilotai.org). The app functions solely as a client interface to a SaaS product — equivalent to a business tool like Slack, Salesforce, or AppFolio mobile. Per Apple's App Store Review Guidelines §3.1.3(b), this is a permissible model for established business services where purchasing outside the app is the primary flow.
